Biography

Valerie Carter (born Valerie Gail Zakian Carter; February 5, 1953 – March 4, 2017) was an American singer-songwriter. She worked in Watched! (1974), The Devil and Daniel Mouse (1978), Michael (1996) and James Taylor Live (1998).
