4. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that your material has been wrongfully removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to our Copyright Agent. A proper counter-notice must include the following information:

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

SM Movies has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to limit access to our service to any individual who infringes intellectual property rights.
