Gerardo Quiroz Acosta is a Mexican actor, broadcaster and theater producer, son of Enrique Quiroz Acosta and Teresita Acosta de Quiroz. He is the brother of actor Luis Mario Quiroz. He has a degree in Communication and Public Relations, graduated from the Universidad Latinoamericana in 1991, with honorable mention with the thesis "The actor as a social communicator in cinematography".
