Yolanda Ciscar Mateu, artistically known as Yolanda Rios (Caracas, December 12, 1951 - Madrid, 26 April 2012) was a Venezuelan actress famous for its interventions in the program-contest "Un, dos, tres ... responda otra vez" and theatrical performances.
